Honey Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cup Olive Oil

5-6 minced garlic cloves

3 tbs hot honey

3 tsp Grit 44

2 tsp Snakebite 46

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan

Juice of 1 lemon

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic, honey, Grit 44, Snakebite 46, parmesan, and lemon.

  2. Marinate chicken in mixture for at least one hour.

  3. Place on skewers. (Be sure to soak the skewers if using wooden ones)

  4. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

  5. Flip over and bake for another 25 minutes
