This is a custom grilling spatula with my patent- pending integrated grilling spike on the side for flipping and meat on the grill. This eliminates the need for two tools.
This spatula is made with a stainless steel spatula head, a round bar reverse twist neck fitted with an elk antler handle. The back end of the handle has a Texas quarter embedded in place with the use of food safe epoxy resin.
This spatula has a phenomenal feel and weight to it.
This spatula is about 20 inches in total length.

This item is not dish washer safe.
Please use this as it is intended to ensure longevity and prevent damage.
To prevent undesired rust on the neck, wash and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of a food safe oil or wax such as mineral oil, butcherblock oil, or a food safe wax. Wipe away excess. The product I use is called Axe Wax. I do not use vegetable oil or peanut oil for health and safety concerns.
