Left Hand Spalted Tamarind
Specially made for Left Handers!
The neck of this spatula is a Pineapple Twist finished with a simple wire brush. The head of the spatula is made of stainless steel. The handle is made from Spalted Tamarind and finished with Axe Wax. Spalted Tamarind comes from Southeast Asia and the spiderweb pattern adds extra character to the spatula.
This spatula is about 20” in total length.
This item is not dish washer safe.
Please use this as it is intended to ensure longevity and prevent damage.
To prevent undesired rust on the neck, wash and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of a food safe oil or wax such as mineral oil, butcherblock oil, or a food safe wax. Wipe away excess. The product I use is called Axe Wax. I do not use vegetable oil or peanut oil for health and safety concerns.
